Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping
We ship the items within 2 business days of receiving an order. The stocks are maintained in Australia so you should expect to receive the items within 1-2 weeks.
For packaging, we prefer to use eco-friendly compostable satchels instead of plastic satchels. These satchels are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. You can simply take off the label and pop the satchel in with the food scraps. The satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items / parcels remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received by us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refund amount excludes postage costs.
